The hair used is 100% virgin-hair wigs that come exactly as they
are advertised. The hair is super soft & shiny, and can be styled and coloured to your
preference. Gleamesteem is committed to providing the quality expected of an elite brand and the ease of your experience for our valued clients. All our wigs come with a pre-plucked hairline
and clean bleached knots all you need to do is cut the lace, install & go! All of our units have long life spans dependant largely on how they are cared for. 

Our wig units are made from frontals & closures that will need replacement at some
stage due to balding that may occur considering how often the unit is used as HD &
Transparent lace are very delicate this does happen however the bundles are
reusable and its imperative the bundles are well maintained. The lifespan of a unit does rely on the owner. Make sure to treat your luxury units with love and care with treatments from quality hair-care products, and to store your unit in a suitable manner always!

An order can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours after your purchase.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be changed or
cancelled due to the wigs being custom made for each client. 

1. GleamEsteem offers one method of delivery of Goods which is strictly via a
   designated courier service.
2. GleamEsteem shall take full action and responsibility to communicate with the
   courier service and ensure an efficient delivery process. However, the courier
   company is outsourced and not always in the control of GleamEsteem.
3. Expected delivery time is entirely based on the location of the delivery address
   and may take up to 10 working days.
4.  EFT payments may cause a delay due to payment clearance times. Orders are
   processed once payment has been reflected. The order processing takes 7 days as every
   order is custom made for each individual.
5. Orders that are awaiting payment reflection will not be reserved for longer than
   3 working days.
6. Any sales that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded or credited.
7. Confirmation will be sent when payment has reflected to confirm the client order. Communication will be sent to clients from when the order is processed until the client receives the order.
   
8. If orders are made for a specific event or special date clients are advised to adhere to our processing and delivery timeframe to ensure orders are received in a timely manner. We should like to service all our clients needs as conveniently as possible.
